NORTH ATLANTA promises that we will provide top of the line units for a low rental fee. We also offer 24 Hour Emergency Roadside Service / Technical Assistance throughout the US and Canada 

Is there a minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 3 nights during the Winter, Spring and Fall Seasons. The minimum rental period is 5 nights during the Summer Season, Holidays and Special Events such as NASCAR, Holidays, etc. 

What mileage is included in rental night?  What is the cost for additional mileage?
Level 1 Mileage: Weekend Rental (300 miles included) Weekly Rental (700 miles included in a weekly rental)
Level 2 Mileage: 101-200 miles per night are charged at $.32 per mile.
Level 3 Mileage: 201-300 miles per night are charged at $.39 per mile.
Level 4 Mileage: 301-400 miles per night are charged at $.69 per mile.

*****Upon reserving your unit you can pre-purchase 500 additional miles for $125.00 (To get special rate, you will need to notify NORTH ATLANTA before departure not at return of unit)

Is towing allowed?
Yes, towing is allowed for one time charge of $95.00. This needs to be purchased at time of renting.

What generator usage included in rental per night?
The rental includes 4 hours of generator use free with each rental night. Any additional use is charged at $3.00 per hour or $24.95/per day. (To get special rate, you will need to notify NORTH ATLANTA before departure not at return of unit)

What is a prep fee?
All renters will be charged a standard $50.00 PREP FEE. This fee doesn't mean that you may bring the RV back not clean. This fee is for the prep of the RV.  All renters must perform standard cleaning before return of rental, if not other fees may apply.

How can I provided insurance or can I purchase through NORTH ATLANTA?
Insurance must be provided by the renter through their own auto insurance carrier.  NORTH ATLANTA  also offers Rental Insurance through MBA insurance for a nominal fee. MBA CHOICE WEBSITE

What is the minimum reservation deposit fee?
The minimum reservation fee is $250.00, which is applied toward the rental price. This deposit is refundable up to 60 days of departure. A 25.00 administrative and processing fee applies to all cancellations. The full rental amount will be due if you cancel with 14 days of your rental and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of rental. There will be no refunds for Special Events such as NASCAR, Bonaroo or Holiday Weekends.  

What is minimum security deposit:
$500 (All models)  - Fully refundable upon return of the RV. The final charges will be deducted from your deposit.   

What if I rent a Travel Trailer and can not tow it?
If you rent a travel trailer and can not tow it, NORTH ATLANTA will refund you the cost of the rental minus the deposit reservation fee. The $250 Reservation Deposit will not be credited back, you will be charged a minimum of $250.00. NORTH ATLANTA reserved the travel trailer for the dates that you requested and potentially turned down future rentals on the unit that you reserved. Please verify with your vehicle towing capacity to verify that the unit you reserved can be towed with your vehicle. NORTH ATLANTA is not responsible for verifying that your vehicle can tow the travel trailer that you requested.

What is the standard pick and return hours?
Pick up times for the RV's are between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the departure date, by appointment. The RV's are due back by 12:00 PM on the return date unless a later time has been previously arranged. A fee of $75.00 per hour applies to all late returns and early pick ups.  

Do you allow pets and smoking?
Smoking and Pet Policy:  There is No Smoking in any of the RVs.  Pets are not allowed.  If the RV is returned with smoke, pet hair or pet odor, additional charges will apply to the rental contract.  Costs may vary.

What is your policy on accidents?                                                                                                       Renter Damage: If the RV is returned with damage while the RV was in possession of the renter, the renter is responsible to pay for all damages, repairs and loss of use whether the renter was at fault or not, including but not limited to damage caused by acts of nature such as wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc.  In the event that any legal action has to be taken by NORTH ATLANTA RV Rentals to recover for said damage incurred the renter shall be liable for all attorney fees, court costs, collection costs and any other expenses born by NORTH ATLANTA RV Rentals.

Do you advertise on your vehicles?
We do not advertise on the sides of our RVs – there is a license plate frame with our logo and website address on the license plate frame that is it, no huge logos on the side!!

 AWNINGS
We do not offer Awnings on rentals. We can provide you a portable canopy if required.
